I'll let you into a secret: I'm not the bendiest Yoga teacher in the world. Yes I'm more flexible now than when I started Yoga over 14 years ago but I don't do the more acrobatic poses. I don't do Yoga because I want to wow people or because of how it might make me look. I do Yoga because it makes me feel a hell of a lot better than if I didn't do it and I'm confident it will help you feel better too, both on and off the mat in your every day life.
If you are stressed or anxious (and let's face it who isn't feeling a bit stressed right now?) or you struggle to get a good night's sleep or have niggly aches and pains and lack energy, you won't regret making Yoga a part of your life. In fact it could be one of the best things you ever do, it was for me.
I'm currently offering online classes and 121s in person. Outdoor group classes will resume when the weather permits. When you do an online class with me, it's not like watching a video, I give you feedback to help you improve because I care and want you to get the most out of the experience.
I founded North London Yoga Studio, where I also taught, 7 years ago but sadly had to close due to the pandemic. I'm a Yoga Alliance registered Senior Teacher and have taught thousands of people from the local area. I'm qualified to teach Hot, Beginners, Yin, Kids, Teen and Ante natal Yoga.
